Leonard the Lyrebird ~ A Musical Story
A classical music adaptation of Leonard the Lyrebird
Students, teachers, children and families around Australia can now enjoy the enchanting musical adaptation of Australian children’s book Leonard the Lyrebird anywhere, any time, with a new recording – now available on all streaming platforms! Leonard the Lyrebird: A Musical Story – an original composition by acclaimed composer Ian Munro – brings together the sounds of cello, clarinet and piano with narration of the story by the composer himself. At nearly 20 minutes in length, the recording offers listeners of all ages a screen-free session of beautiful-quality audio entertainment, perfect for a gentle and educational listening activity in the classroom.
