A note from the author:
In what has been one of the most difficult years for Australians, due at first to bushfires and then to COVID-19, it makes me so thankful and proud to finally get the chance to share Lilah with our community and families everywhere. The creation of this book received so much support during one of the most uncertain of times. For that, I will be forever grateful.
My hope is that Lilah's story and its illustrations will re-spark the imaginations of children in Australia and across the world, demonstrate the value of self-belief and courage, and inspire readers everywhere to relish in and take care of our beautiful natural environment.
